Architecture visualization
Interactive 3D visualization for architecture teams
Architecture projects often depend on how quickly clients can understand a proposed space. Floor plans, elevations and static renders provide important information, but they do not always communicate scale, materials, lighting and spatial relationships clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
3D Arch Studio was designed around that communication gap. Instead of sending clients between separate render files and presentation decks, the platform brought the architectural model into an interactive browser experience.
The product combined React, Three.js, WebGL and TypeScript with a Node.js backend and AWS infrastructure. Users could navigate models, inspect different areas, adjust visual settings and review design decisions remotely.
The implementation also focused heavily on performance. Large 3D assets require careful loading strategies, predictable rendering workloads and responsive controls. The result was a visualization workflow designed for actual client reviews rather than a technology demonstration.
